Jan Rodgers is a conflict specialist, holding a Masters in Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution from SMU in Dallas. She is also a Certified Collaborative Mediator® with extensive experience as a mediator, trainer and coach. She is passionate about helping people manage relational conflict strategically and more effectively whether it be at work, family, church, or neighborhood.
Prior to starting her private practice, Jan co-owned and partnered at a national mediation company for over five years. She has also mediated for Better Business Bureau of Colorado Springs, 4th Judicial Small Claims Court and 4th Judicial Neighborhood Justice Center. Jan currently contracts with various organizations offering Mediation, Coaching and Restorative Justice services. She is also a Restorative Justice Practitioner with Colorado Springs organizations, Youth Transformation Center and Pikes Peak Restorative Practices. Jan has served as a board member of the Pikes Peak Restorative Justice Council since 2015.
